Sketchy Colours + Just Magnolia
I'm having a big sulk today as my Tim Holtz TSV still hasn't arrived and I was looking forward to spending the day playing with it!! I decided to make a card instead and this is what I came up with. The colours are for this weeks Sketchy Colours challenge 'Red, Pink + Turquoise' and at Just Magnolia the challenge is to make a Birthday Card. I have used an older Tilda from Magnolia, Tilda In Spring Rain and Bo Bunny papers. I haven't used this colour combo before but I really like it and will definitely be using it again. Tilda has been coloured with Distress Inks (I am loving the new colours) and I have added some flowers punched with the EK Success Retro Flower punches and some Martha Stewart punched butterflies.
I hope you are enjoying your Sunday!Supplies

Yippee - Look What Arrived Today!
My 12 new Distress ink pads from LB Crafts were waiting for me when I got home this afternoon, the colours are gorgeous and I can't wait to have a play with them! Thanks Linda for the speedy delivery.

Magnolia DT, Cute Card Thursday 'Ribbon' and Simon Says Stamp
Here is another Magnolia DT card from the latest collection, 'Through My Heart' which I have made for this week's Cute Card Thursday challenge of ribbon and the Simon Says Stamp challenge of 'Vintage with Flowers'. A little bit of a cheat I think but the raffia type stuff is called Abaca Ribbon, so I thought it would count!!!
I have stamped 'Ladybug Hearts' Tilda and coloured her with Distress Inks ( I can't wait for my new colours to arrive, hopefully very soon!!). The sentiment is the 'A Gift From The Heart' stamp and I just masked off the words A Gift. The labels have been cut with Nesties and the corners are from the Heritage cartridge for the Cricut. The flowers are from Magnolia and Wild Orchid Crafts.
I love this brown stripy paper which came in my DT kit but there is no name on it, I just wondered if anybody knows who the manufacturer is.
Have a fabby Thursday and don't forget you can pre order the Easter Collection stamps and papers from Sir Stampalot.Supplies

Just Buggin 3D Challenge
This weeks challenge at Just Buggin is to make a 3D project, a bag or a box etc. I made a little heart bag cut with the Cricut for my hubby for Valentines Day and filled it with some truffles. The bag is cut with the Tags, Bags, Boxes + More, the hearts are Doodlecharm and the birds are from the Heritage cartridge. This was so quick to make and I have just added a touch of glitter to the birds, a red bow and a pearl heart. I Cuttlebugged the red heart, but you can't really see that on the photo!
I hope you have a fab Valentines Day and get some lovely pressies!Supplies
