This weeks theme at CCT is water. I made a tag using some of the scraps which were on my desk from a previous CCT challenge. The papers are Graphic 45 By The Sea, the tag is cut with a Tim Holtz die and the little pennant is a Die-namics die. The only other things I've used are a piece of string and some burlap.

Isn't it nice when your scraps come in handy for once.Mine are usually added to my scrap box and never see the light of day until the next tidy up !! Love your tag Andrea and the Graphic colours are great !
